Replace Paper Charts with this Tablet!

TechCrunch recently posted about their prototype Crunchpad, a bare-bones tablet for web-surfing.
The original idea was to create this for around $200, but after building their latest prototype they have revised their target pricing to $300.
Even at that price point, it could provide an economical means of digitizing paper-laden physician offices:

1.  For patients:
When the patient arrives for their appointment, hand them a Crunchpad for entering demographic, insurance and past medical information to a doctor's web-based patient management system.

2.  For doctors:
No more searching for lost charts.
Doctors could upload dictation to web-based EMRs and access notes from previous visits using Crunchpad.
